During the CIDJAP anniversary, in April 2026 Birgit Groeger was one of the sponsors that was honored with the “Award of Excellence” for her support to education in Nigeria.
Subsequently, in June 2026, she organised a public lecture in Kelkheim, Germany to promote the CIDJAP Sponsorship Programme.
The funds that was raised from the lecture was pushed towards the Sponsorship of the identified pupils in the Sponsorship Scheme.
