As an academic institute of outstanding reputation, CIDJAP has an active research department which acts as its think tank and drives its activities.

The regular burden of conference organization and attendance is squarely shouldered by this department, and there is so much to show for their efforts.

We have had the honour of attending conferences in virtually all parts of the globe adding our voice to others on issue of global relevance towards the advancement and of the goals of the Catholic Social Thought and Action which is the enhancement of the dignity of man.

We have, within the past twenty years, published more than fifty books and innumerable titles. We are poised for more action, driven by the dream of a better world order made possible by a commitment to positive action.

It is our conviction that by writing and reading it is possible to bring about a better world.
